Fruits of our Labors!

Toil in the soil finally came to fruition! 🍅 and cucumber salad and 🍓 strawberry shortcake was enjoyed by all! Summer YUM for everyone!😀

Bikewell Bear’s parade for St. Jude Children’s Hospital was a success!

We had so much fun raising money for Danny Thomas’ children and learning bike safety at the same time.

Our garden grows on and on and on!

First red strawberry of the season! The children are squealing@ every discovery! Can not wait for them to taste test shortcake….soon🐸🍓

Spiders and insects were brought to us by guest speaker entomologist Mr. Patrick! The Madagascar Hissing Cockroach stole the show! What a great creepy unit for our future pest control career possibilities. 🐜 🐞 🐝 🐛

Mother’s day extravaganza!

We did it up right for our mom’s before their special day with a tea for two and “Muffin for Mom”, tea stir stick, fresh cut flower, pimento cheese finger sandwiches and homemade dipped strawberries.

It was the bomb to honor mom! 👩 🌹 🍓

Daisy cookies!

Our intergenerational ‘Grandma Dot’ surprised our pre-k class with shortbread daisy birthday cookies in honor of Miss Cathy’s birthday and our Plant and Gardening unit!
